First Post
I have been looking around for years to see how people with commercial interest are taking home customers for a ride. This "ride" starts from the first advertisement and takes a jump with first document a customer sign... you guessed it right, the Term and Conditions, reading which had made my head boil even when i had no plans to buy a house earlier.
Not to say, i am still without my own house in Noida. I tried many times to apply in Govt. plot draws however that seems to need a lot of luck. I haven't purchased plots on resale because either they are too costly or when they are cheaper, they are available on Power of attorney which i don't consider worth risk for my hard earned money because I am not a gunda to threat the seller not dare revoking the Power of Attorney. Also, I don't see as a right way, my subjective opinion being a middle class worker.
Now, how would it be to bring people seeking home together as a group and then work create our homes.
The group can be anything, co-operative self help or anything. The key is to protect the right of each member and provide complete transparency throughout construction.
I guess it would be a full filling experience.
steps might be:
--> Make an initial group.
--> [Very important] define rules of the group so that interest of each member are preserved without dilution.
--> register the group in appropriate form e.g. co-operative society or any other form.
--> Move forward from here.
Now, I am not sure, if such a group is already existing in NCR. If yes can somebody share the information. otherwise, maybe we can discuss and show interest or give suggestions to move further from here.
Edit: I expect a few challenges in the process. However, I believe if intentions are good, success is assured. Here, I would define success as finally getting home for each member of this group without any deception or cheating. Also, this group has to be an individualistic group where each member is the only most important thing of us and no member is ignored whatever may come. home or no home. Period.
